If your employment status changes, or your benefit elections are modified or cancelled, Snap will continue processing payments unless and until updated instructions are received from your enrollment agent, broker, or designated representative.
17. Acknowledgment of Subscription-Based Billing
By using Snap’s Services, you acknowledge that payments for elected benefits are processed on a recurring basis, as part of a subscription arrangement based on your authorized enrollment. This billing continues until Snap receives modified enrollment data through appropriate channels.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Administrators from any claims, investigations, or liabilities arising from your failure to provide accurate information, misuse of the portal, or disputes between you and third-party enrollment entities.
19. No Waiver Clause
Snap’s decision not to enforce any part of this Privacy Policy in a specific instance does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provisions in the future.
